SHOPPING INFORMATION
How to place an order Simply select which range (T-Shirts, singlets etc) you are after, then the product you want and this will take you to the product page where you can view more images and information about the product. Select your size and quantity and click add to cart. At this stage you can continue shopping by clicking on the range you want at the top and repeating the above step. Once you have finished shopping simply click on your cart to see a summary of the products and proceed with steps to finalize your order and payment. your order will then be shipped within the next business day and you will be showing your aussie essence in no time.

Changes to orders before shipping Orders are processed within 24hrs Mon-Fri of being placed, we are more then happy to help change your order if possible before shipping. Please get in contact with us to find out if your order has been shipped if you would like to make a change.

Cancel an order If you need to cancel an order please get in contact with us as soon as possible and as long as the order has not been shipped we will be able to cancel it. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the order to receive a refund. Delivery charges are non refundable.
Size guide/Care Instructions Check out the size charts to help select the best sizing for you. If you happen to select the incorrect sizing, not to worry we have an easy return/exchange policy.
Catalogue You can view the full catalogue only online. Our team works hard at keeping this up to date and looking good, enjoy.
Delivery Times Delivery times will vary depending on your location and delivery service. Generally in Australia delivery for standard is 7-10 business days and next business day for express (within the Australia Post Express network)
International orders usually take 12-21 days for standard mail. This will depend on your destination and also if your parcel gets held for inspection or Duties and taxes processing. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and not part of the postage costs.
Phone orders The quickest and easiest way to order is via our online store however if you would like to place a phone order simply call +61 2 8021 1283 . Make sure you have written down the products, colour and sizing you are after before calling to ensure you order the correct items you are wanting.
HELP WITH PAYMENTS
Payment options You can pay your order with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. We do also accept Australia Post Money orders.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Cheques or international money orders.
Declined Payments Your payment may have been declined for a number of reasons. This could be due to insufficient funds, expired card or if purchasing from overseas your card may have a block for international transactions. Check with your bank and simply let us know when its ok to try again or replace your order over our secure website.
Currencies All prices shown are in AUD (Unless changed on site) and all orders are charged in AUD. If payment is made with a non Australian credit card your card provider/Bank will convert this into the currency of your card. For many this is a benefit for example if ordering in US dollars and the exchange rate of your bank is 1.00 AUD = 0.85 USD, you will only pay 85% of your total AUD order in USD when it is converted. Some banks will have extra fees for international transactions.

Order Process Times All orders are processed and shipped the following business day. We are closed all Australian and New South Wales public holidays, all orders will be processed the next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchange / Return Policy If you have ordered the incorrect size or not happy with your purchase we will be more then happy to exchange this for you. Simply return it to us including your name, order number and reason for return and we will get this sorted ASAP.
We are not able to accept back washed or worn garments so try them on straight away to see if you have the correct fit.

Remember to include your name and address on the back of the parcel Also don’t forget to include return paperwork/information in the parcel so we can easily identify its from you.
Exchange / Return Costs We will ship your first exchange out free of charge by Standard mail. You will need to cover the cost of the parcel you are sending back to us and if you would like your exchange sent via Express, this will have additional charges
Return Status As soon as we have received and processed your return we will send you an email letting you know and you can view your status in your My Account Section of our website.
All our returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving them to ensure you are wearing your aussie essence as soon as possible.

Different countries all have different Duties and Taxes regulations and sometimes parcel may be stopped for assessment by your local customs agency. All Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and to find out further information you should contact your local agency. Sometimes when parcels have been assessed the customs agency will list Duties and Taxes as additional postage, be assured that the postage of your parcel has been fully paid before sending. Unfortunately these charges are out of our control.
GST GST is a Goods and services tax that applies to Australian orders.
