    SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY 


     
    FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE OFFER

    Applies to Australian orders over $99AUD & International orders over $149AUD. Depending on the destination and size of the order we may change/upgrade the shipping method. We are able to offer this to majority of countries,  although there are a small number which we are unable to.
     


     

    Turnaround
    All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Delivery times will vary depending on chosen service.

    Australian Orders
    Delivery time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days. This is usually a lot quicker in the Sydney Metro area. For express orders, this is a next Business day service from time of sending to most locations. To check if you are in the Express post network visit http://auspost.com.au/business/express-post-delivery-network.html If you have not received your order within this time frame, check with your local post office to see if they are holding anything for collection. If you still do not have your parcel, get in contact and with us and we will ensure that you receive it.

    International Orders
    International orders are subject to Customs Inspection which although is not common but occasionally can cause delays for standard services. International orders are also subject to Duties and Taxes which is the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local government agency for more information regarding thresholds, duty and taxes etc . Standard delivery timeframes are between 12-21 days for international, this is subject to customs inspection which on occasion can delay packages for upto 6 weeks, although rare this does occasionally happen. 

    Shipping Destinations
    aussie essence ® ships not only to Australia but worldwide. Some countries may have limited shipping capabilities but all possible shipping methods will be displayed during checkout for you to choose from. 

    Carriers
    aussie essence ® ships locally with Australia Post, giving you the option of different service levels and pricing on checkout. Different delivery times will vary depending on level of service, this is the responsibility of the consumer to choose the right service for delivery needs.

    All our international deliveries are sent via Australia Post or DHL, service depending on selected method. aussie essence may upgrade delivery service depending on destination. If order is upgraded there will be NO extra postage costs charged to the customer. 

    Order Tracking
    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier for your chosen service, we will update your order with the tracking information.

    Shipping Rates
    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, required service and your location. Before finalizing your order you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance not to place your order or change your selected service.

    Duties and taxes
    For International orders, Duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. This will depend on local thresholds and processing fees.  This is NOT included in shipping costs or Free shipping offer.

    Should the parcel be declined entry due to refusal/non payment of Duty and taxes, the recipient agrees to cover all costs involved in returning the parcel to country of Origin. Aussie essence will refund any money owing on items minus all costs involved of having the parcel returned. Shipping costs are non refundable in this case.

    aussie essence ®   is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will answer enquiries within 2 business days however during unexpected busy periods this may be extended but be assured we are working to get back to you ASAP. 

    Back Orders
    We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

     

    REFUND / RETURN POLICY
    We want you to be able to enjoy your aussie essence ®, should you choose or receive the incorrect or faulty item we will happily exchange this over for you.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or incorrect. Should you have any issue with your order please contact us as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your aussie essence ® purchase. Please note that your order will be refunded in full which is charged in Australian Dollars. Based on currency rates at the time of transaction this means you may not receive the full amount back for your refund in your local currency or alternatively you made end up with more money.
